How Cordon handles the small amount of data this site collects.
This policy covers cordontrader.com. Cordon is a behavioral risk tool in development, and this site exists to publish Desk Notes and to let people ask for early access.
What we collect
- Newsletter and early access forms: your email address, and what you tell us you trade.
- Platform partner form: your name, company, work email and platform type.
- Email you send us: your address and whatever you write.
What we don't collect
The Desk Notes tools run in your browser. Trades you paste into a calculator, your mandate and your self-check answers are not sent to us. We don't run advertising trackers on this site.
How we use it
We use your details to send what you asked for: the newsletter, early access news or a reply to your enquiry. Our legal basis is your consent, or our legitimate interest in answering a business enquiry. We never sell your data.
Who else handles it
We use service providers to host the site and to receive form submissions and send email. They process data for us and only for that purpose. Pages also load fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads.
Your browser
The site stores your light or dark preference in your browser's local storage. It stays on your device.
How long we keep it
We keep your details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, or until we no longer need them for the purpose above.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, and you can object to our use of it or withdraw consent at any time. Every email has an unsubscribe link. To make a request, write to hello@cordontrader.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date above.
